I am seasoned Notary Public who began my notarial journey in 2001.  I am  the founder and CEO of Mach Notary, LLC, and have established myself as a trusted Certified Loan Signing Agent since 2020, completing thousands of loan signings with precision and professionalism. Much of my experience was gained directly inside title companies, where I worked side-by-side with top industry professionals—learning the intricate workings of real estate transactions from the inside out.

I have been a proud member of the National Notary Association (NNA) since 2020 and have earned a reputation for my willingness to uplift and support fellow notaries. For the last two years, I have served as the Arizona Notary Academy Advisor, passionately mentoring notaries across the state.  My hands-on training, real-world insights, and straightforward guidance have helped many Arizona notaries launch and sustain thriving careers in the notarial field.

For me; being a notary is more than just witnessing signatures—it’s about understanding the responsibility, the laws, and the opportunity that come with this profession.  I  believe in empowering notaries with the education and confidence they need to serve with integrity and success.

Outside of the notary world,  I  co-own Adult Assisted Living Referral and Placement Service, Inc. with my mother, helping Arizona seniors find the right assisted living home tailored to their needs. Together, we ran The Twilight Wish Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has granted hundreds of wishes to deserving Arizona veterans and seniors over the last 15 years.

I am  a proud mom to a beautiful 20-year-old daughter and enjoy  spending my free time cycling, exploring nature trails, and camping with my  husband, Lionel, and our lovable Goldendoodle, Teddy.  I am also a brand ambassador and outdoor enthusiast who brings that same energy and dedication into every aspect of my work.

An "Apostille" or a certificate of "authentication" is issued to certify an Arizona Notary Public, Court Clerk, or state document custodian to a foreign country. 

These certifications have been adopted internationally by the Hague Convention  as a uniform way of verifying documents sent between countries. 

Some examples of why you would need an Apostille is if you are traveling abroad to: 

1.  Get married 

2.  Obtain citizenship

3.  Adoption

4.  Work or School 

5.  Assigning a POA

6.  Foreign  Business

 I help facilitate this transaction to make the process faster and easier.  I have been providing this service since 2023.

Form I-9 is a required federal form used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for work in the United States.

✅ All U.S. employers must complete a Form I-9 for every employee, whether they are a U.S. citizen or not.
✅ Both the employee and the employer (or their authorized representative) must complete their sections of the form.

As a Notary Public serving as an authorized representative, I can assist employers with completing the I-9 process when needed. While notarization is not required for this form, accuracy and proper documentation are essential.

As Notary Publics, we play a vital role in supporting your Estate Planning Attorney during the final stage of the process—notarizing the signatures on your essential legal documents.

We serve as an impartial witness to help prevent fraud and ensure the signing process is conducted with trust and transparency. 

Our responsibility is to:

• Verify the signer’s identity
• Confirm their willingness to sign
• Ensure they have full understanding of what they are signing

Only after these steps are complete do we notarize the estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.

Per ARS § 41-316

• $10.00 – Per Notary Public Signature/Stamp
• $0.67 per mile – Round Trip Travel (The travel mileage fee is the amount allowed Arizona state employees. The Department of Administration determines the mileage fee through its General Accounting Office.
