Bio:  My first notary commission was in 2001; and I am the owner and managing member of Mach Notary, LLC.  I became a Certified Loan Signing Agent in 2020 and have completed thousands of Real Estate transactions as a Certified Loan Signing Agent.  I  spent the last few years signing the majority of my business inside a title company and have learned all the ins and outs of the industry from the top leaders. I have been an active member of the NNA since 2020 and enjoy sharing my knowledge to help other notaries learn their craft and succeed in business.  

With that passion I have for helping notaries it was only natural for me to join Notary Academy as the Arizona Advisor.  I strongly believe that being a notary IS NOT just watching people sign documents;  so I am always extremely excited about helping educate Arizona notaries on their laws and responsibilities in the effort to deter fraud.   

I run another business side by side with my mother called Adult Assisted Living Referral and Placement Service, Inc which assists seniors in finding their perfect forever home in an assisted living facility or private care home. 

For the last 15 years I have run a 501 C3 charity along side my mother as well called Twilight Wish Foundation and we granted hundreds of wishes to Arizona Veterans and Seniors. 

Personally:  I am the very proud mother of one beautiful 19 year old daughter.  In my private time I am a cyclist and Brand Ambassador who enjoys finding new trails to explore and camping with my husband Lionel and Golden Doodle Teddy.  Teddy is the face of Mach Notary, LLC and loves to see everyone and make their day!

An "Apostille" or a certificate of "authentication" is issued to certify an Arizona Notary Public, Court Clerk, or state document custodian to a foreign country. 

These certifications have been adopted internationally by the Hague Convention  as a uniform way of verifying documents sent between countries. 

Some examples of why you would need an Apostille is if you are traveling abroad to:

The form I-9 is used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. All United States employers must properly complete Form I-9 for every individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and non-citizens. Both employees and employers (or authorized representatives of the employer) must complete the form.

As a Notary Public we help your Estate Planning Attorney in the stage of Notarizing the signatures on your Estate Documents.  We serve as an impartial party to help in the prevention of fraud.   As a Notary Public our role is to make sure the client appears before us to verify their identity, willingness to sign and comprehension of what they are signing.  We then can complete the notarizations on the Essential documents.
